The Jon P. Preciado Training Center is NOW OPEN in Phoenix, Arizona!It’s the newest campus of the Laborers Training School and a major investment in the future of Arizona’s workforce. This state-of-the-art facility represents more than training. It represents opportunity. It represents access to the middle class. It represents union careers built to last a lifetime.Named in honor of our SCDCL Business Manager Jon P. Preciado, this center reflects his longstanding commitment to raising standards, expanding opportunity, and strengthening the pathway to union careers for working families.

SCDCL joined Local 777 with our organizing team for foundation training focused on strengthening solidarity and engaging our members. Gordo, Business Manager and Secretary-Treasurer of LIUNA Local 777 and Mayor of the City of Pasadena, who spoke directly with our public employee members.
