Pacific Southwest Administrators
In 2014 the Construction Laborers Trust Funds, through a competitive bidding process, and the San Diego County Construction Laborers Pension Trust awarded three-year contracts to Pacific Southwest Administrators (PSWA), a negotiated spin-off of Associated Third Party Administrators.
PSWA is owned by its two senior executives, Bob Glaza and Marcy Sanchez. They both have 28 years of experience in working with the Construction Laborers Trust Funds.
PSWA has 95 employees in its El Monte office. All of these employees provide services to Taft-Hartley funds in Southern California.
The goal of PSWA is to grow its services to the Laborers and its other clients while maintaining the advantage of local ownership.
